My old employee has disabled Windows Authentication in our server. Now I'm not able to access the SQL Server even though I have Administrator access to the server. I need to reset the sa password.

What do you mean, Windows Authentication was disabled? In SQL Server, you have two options for authentication: Windows Auth or Windows and SQL Auth. – Thomas Stringer May 17 at 12:48

Ok. If you are a local administrator on the machine, start SQL Server in single user mode (-m) and connect to reset the sa password. – Thomas Stringer May 17 at 12:50
