I'm a little confused by the process of commitment so the proposal of Embedded Programming and Design gets created, so please forgive me if I'm asking in the wrong place. I understood we were supposed to ask questions that show the proposed community is relevant.

Well, in my opinion this question I asked on Unix & Linux would be a perfect fit for this new community, since it is about linux but in a context totally inserted into embedded design (it wasn't a surprise to me that it didn't get any answers on Unix & Linux).

From your question, I'm not quite clear where you are having a problem. The Embedded Programming and Design site no longer needs example questions. We've moved onto the next phase (Commitment) where the task at hand is to sign the "petition" to get the site create. Once we reach 100% commitment, we'll created the actual site. I would say at this point, just hold on to your question. When the site gets created, you can ask your question there.

Hmm.. my confusion came just from the commitment announcement that I should make 10 questions or provide 10 answers related to the subjects to be discussed on the new site. –  Claudio Sep 17 '13 at 17:53
