For an Angular UI Grid with only a few columns, the expand/collapse column is auto-sizing as well and doesn't look very good:
I was wondering if there was a way to set only this column to a specific width. I'd like to avoid having to overwrite a header template and handing an expand/collapse button of my own so that the sizing is appropriate.
