I wanna contribute to this project.

Issue

We should use this everywhere for gas savings:

ethereum/solidity#3835

This is in violation to 3.4.7 which specifically allows the &environment parameter in defsetf lambda-lists.

Test case:

(defsetf foo (&environment env place) (value))
;; => &ENVIRONMENT is only valid at top level of lambda list.

If I run iris and hit C-d, it quits the REPL immediately.

If I run iris, evaluate something, then hit C-d, it doesn't quit the REPL. Hitting C-d again quits the REPL.

I'm using the latest Iris installed with go get github.com/asciian/iris on Arch Linux.
