Improve the behavior of editor/viewer when the "Default to view mode" option is checked in settings, or overall in general the "View Mode"

• Implement change format from view mode (from #788 )
• Remembered editor position not applied when defaulting to View Mode (from #738 )
• Search in View discards at firs

Currently addElement adds to the end. It would be nice to be able to add elements at the start (or before the x'th element)

It appears it's possible to create TW projects from within vim. But the docs don't make any mention of this possibility.

I was struggling a big to figure it out because I was editing in markdown but was trying to create a project using wiki syntax, which didn't work.

It would be helpful to document this feature so users don't have to guess at whether or not it's possible.

The Help us! page, section "Report Bugs and Features" points the visitor to an JIRA instance that points to the GitHub issues page. The Help us! page should point directly to the GitHub issues page.

One small menu entry right below "About", containing "Use it!" section from https://github.com/QTodoTxt/QTodoTxt/wiki will be extremely useful, at least to learn keyboard shortcuts etc.
