    Apparently changed the rating on Luca from 7+ to PG, but used a different ID or something, so i was forced to redownload the entire thing. Luckily i had working internet at the time. This seems like a very costly and annoying architecture choice :-/

    Not that I like alert() or anything, but this is obviously going to be "breaking the web" in some legitimate cases (e.g. password reset flows) It's alarming that Google is actually considering a breaking change to the web because it believes it owns the platform.

    i think this warrants a PSA, since vanishingly few people apparently know about it: google intends to remove alert/confirm/prompt from the web platform. personally i think this is a mistake: these are useful features that don't have a replacement. many sites would break.
