    In Obsidian specifically, there's a plugin called Dataview that lets you query your notes based on tags and other properties, so you can nerd out if you want and gather things over time programmatically ✨

    Pasting like that is super low lift and then I can gather anything from that hashtag really quickly! You can add other hashtags too for gathering info like good feedback, constructive feedback, "things to start/stop doing," etc.

    A common piece of advice is: You should gather a "brag folder/doc" of feedback so you can be ready for promotions! I am lazy though, so what I do is in (also works in some other apps) is just add to short notes, where sometimes it's just pasting a sentence in.
