OpenRCT2 comes with a copy of SDL2 TTF: https://github.com/OpenRCT2/OpenRCT2/blob/develop/src/openrct2/drawing/TTFSDLPort.cpp. Upstream recently received a new release. Our copy should be synced to upstream, taking into account any possible modifications done to our copy.

In order to fix this, update the decorators for those options in redbot\setup.py. The description of these can mostly be copied from redbot\cli.py, some alterations need to be made for the description of --overwrite-existing-instance to fit how it's used in redbot-setup.

The change can be tested by running redbot-setup --help or python -m redbot.setup --help.

In serenity::builder::CreateEmbed it says

Put events in sub-categories in the event-reference in api.html

It's kind of hard not knowing which events fall in which categories, I feel it would be easier if they were in sub-categories.

Make subcategories for each type of events like Roles, Messages, etc
