Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'map engine test'
  2. Press the key 'n' until you get to Tristam.
  3. Wait about 3 seconds '....'
  4. See the fire effects that are on the ground stop animating. This same problem seems to occur on all maps but it's easiest to find in Tristam.

Currently, when entering epic mode the README is frozen in the last level of the tower. When you're trying to fine-tune the score for a level other than the last one, it would be helpful if we had the README for that level available. The proposal is that when entering epic mode, the README is updated with all levels, one following the other.

Describe the bug

Wire draw machine does not accepts battery mods.

Most likely caused by lack of
"ammo": [ "battery" ],

in /data/json/items/tool/workshop.json "wire_draw_machine"

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a player with empty wire draw machine, any other empty electric tool as control and any battery mod.
  2. Activate battery mod to attempt attaching it.

Currently on Windows we will always default to an untranslated state since Windows always gives a blank response when calling std::locale("").name(). So we need a Windows implementation for this.

@isage wrote this example that gets us the language in 'en-US' which is following the IETF standard. It should be safe enough to simply replace the hyphen with a underscore to convert it in to the IS
